Terms and Conditions-All items sell as is where is with no guarantees or warrranties express or implied. All purchase are considered verified by the purchaser (as to grade and type of firearm or knife purchased). The purchaser will rely solely on their own judgement in any purchase.When an item of personalty is sold it immediately becomes the property of the purchaser. The auctioneer accepts no responsibility for any item lost or stolen. Noone can receive any firearm until after the ATF requirements have been met. Rowell Auctions Inc or J&G will provide sufficient personnell to see that the firearms are secure until J&G personel declares the particular buyer clear to accept the firearm. We must verify each serial number on each firearm. Muzzle Loaders are exempt from these requirements. An additional $22.50 transfer fee will be charged. An additional gun safety handling fee of $10.00 will be charged at checkout. Purchasers with a Federal Firearms License or current handgun permit are exempt from background checks. Copies of proper documents must be presented at registration. Purchasers have agreed to an inspection period of Friday, January 26 from 3-8p.m. and Saturday January 27 from 8-10 a.m.. Inspections will not be allowed during the auction.A 15% buyers premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax will be charged on all applicable purchases. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from sales tax if the dealer has the sales tax number and signs the sales tax exemption form. Prior to the auction interent bidders must e-mail or fax the required bidders registration to include the FFL information.All firearms sales are subject to Federal Firearms Regulations. Purchasers will be required to complete all necessary forms in order to facilitate firearm transfer. Firearms transfers will be handled through a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. All out of state purchases of handguns must transfer to a licensed FFL in their repective state. Shipping and additional charges and FFL transfer dealers are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any bidder desiring to have firearms purchased and transferred to a licensed FFL Dealer must comply with one of the following:
1-Be the holfer of the FFL. Bring a signed copy of the FFL with you and a state issued picture ID identifying you as the person listed on the FFL License.
2-Have a notarized letter on the FFL letterhead including the following statement:
I (holder of the FFL) hereby authorize (name of the individual picking up the firearms), as aduly authorized agent of (name of the FFL business), to receive nd transport firearms from Rowell Auctions on January 27 2007 for this business. My signature below certifies that I am authorized under the BATF regulation to sign FFL's for this business and to authorize this transaction.

Interent Bidders must have properly executed current FFL on file with Rowell Auctions prior to bidding on any firearm except muzzleloaders. Bids will not be accepted until the required FFL with shipping address is on file. If the bidder is not the FFL holder Then a letter as above authorizing the bidder to purchase firearms for the FFL for he auction day must accompany the FFL.
Representation-Purchaser and seller acknowledge and agree that the only auctioneer/broker involved in the transaction is Rowell Auctions Inc and has acted as agent for the seller in this transaction. Rowell Auctions Inc has not acted as agent in the transaction for the buyer or purchaser.
