Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $50 processing fee to run another credit card. On-line Bidding Terms: 1. Descriptions of items are guidelines only. All property is sold "as-is" and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition/authenticity, etc. of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Able takes pride in accurately describing items and will answer any additional questions about an item at buyers request. Absolutely NO refunds will be offered. 2. FOR ONLINE BIDDING: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium added to your total purchase. 3. All accounts are settled at the conclusion of the auction. We use APN (Auction Payment Network) to ensure the highest level of security. We accept major credit cards. 4. The auction company allows for pickup of auction items at designated location, time and date. If items are not picked up at designated time, items (s) at designated location, items will be shipped. If an item(s) requires shipping and/or packing, shipping costs will be billed separately to the credit card on file. Items will be shipped within 3-10 days after the pick up date. We charge actual shipping costs and combine items as much as possible to save on shipping. We add a handling fee to cover time and costs of packaging and shipping. We choose the appropriate shipper for the item, either USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. 5. Our on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly, or put in your highest bid and let proxibid do the bidding for you. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified. All items will be charged to the credit card on file with Proxibid APN. The invoice you receive on the day after the auction will be used for billing- we will bill the credit card on file. 6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, shipping address, all pertinent phone numbers and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Able's Auction Service and the bidder. 7. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "missed" bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. 8. All sales are final. 9. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. 10. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.
