We ship via USPS with delivery confirmation to the address you have listed on Proxibid, so make sure the correct address is listed on there. United States shipping WILL be paid by the BUYER in the amount of $4.95 for the first lot, and an additional $1 per lot, not to exceed $16.95. International shipping cost WILL be paid by the BUYER and will be the ACTUAL cost charged by the United States Post Office (USPS). Please note that some countries will not allow shipping of coins or paper money so if we are informed by USPS that we cannot ship to you, we will not ship the item(s) and issue a refund within 3 days. Know your countries rules and regulations. We will NOT be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen item(s) after it has left our possession and mailed. Insurance is available upon request at an additional charge to be paid by the BUYER. Cost of insurance depends on the amount the buyer requested. The charge for the insurance will be taken from the same credit card on file. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment. ABSOLUTELY NO PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED. The credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately after the auction for your purchases, plus buyer's premium, shipping fee, handling fee of $1 per lot and any taxes. If you know that your credit card on file will be declined, contact us as soon as possible. If after three attempts of processing the credit card on file fails, we will contact you by email or phone for payment. Payment MUST be made within 48 hours from when the invoice is emailed to you. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, invoices are sent within 24 hours from auctions end. Credit card charge backs will not be accepted. Kentucky residents will be charged a 6% sales tax. If you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours from the auction closing, please contact us via email or phone. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, genuineness, value or any other factor(s) relating to the item they wish to bid on. The Coin Shop may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
