ONLINE BUYERS PREMIUM: Any online, absentee, or phone bids are subject to 15% buyer, regardless if the item is picked up locally or shipped. Maryland Online Bidders are still subject to 6% sales tax. PAYMENT: Trice Auctions will process your credit card on file with Proxibid (Auction Payment Network) twice. Once for the hammer price and buyer's premium and a second time for shipping. If you do not have a credit card on file Trice Auctions will send you a PayPal invoice, if we have to send you a PayPal invoice you will be charged an another 3% as a service fee. If for any reason a charge is denied, the Auction House will make one (1) attempt to contact the buyer to resolve the issue before ownership of the item goes back to the Auction House and a negative complaint is filed. SHIPPING: All shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer. Your items will be shipped within 5 days after full payment is made. BASIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Everything is sold 'AS IS'. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions about the goods, at least 24 hours before the start of the auction to insure a timely response. Buyer is responsible for the item when struck off to them.
