All items are subject to sales tax of 8.25 percent for Texas buyers that will be added to the total purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the pick up or shipping of his or her purchase and all related fees or costs. Caprock Auctions does not make any guarantee of the authenticity or quality of an item. All descriptions are deemed reliable, but does not guarantee condition or imply any type of warranty. The highest bidder will be the buyer under these terms and conditions and is responsible for payment and removal of all items purchased. The buyer is responsible for all taxes when applicable. Caprock Auctions is not responsible for any damage incurred to items during moving, boxing, preparing for shipping and actual shipping. All items must be paid for within 48 hours of the end of the auction. All bidders who wish to bid in the auction must register with the online bidding system. Bidders must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and furnish a driver's license or other valid identification. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse to register or admit a bidder at the Auctioneer's sole discretion. Should the successful bidder fail to perform the Buyer's obligations under the terms of the auction, in addition to other remedies available to the Seller by law, including the remedy of specific performance, the Seller may: a) resell the property at public or private sale and hold the Buyer liable for the payment of any deficiency purchase price plus all costs incurred.
