Our Company Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Credit Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 5 days will be Charged a $100 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater. Buyer's Premium of 13% will be charged to online bidders, in addition to any fees the online service charges online bidders(5%). The Auction Company or shipper will contact the winning bidders regarding the options for each item, including payment for shipping fees. The shipper will combine items packed where possible.
