Our Company Will Charge a $35 Service Fee to any Winning Bidder whose Credit Card is Declined for Payment and/or Shipping & Handling Costs Due. Any Bidder Whose Payment has Not been Received within 5 days will be Charged a $200 Collection Fee or 25% of their total, whichever is greater.
Any Bidder who Has Not Paid in Full within 144 Hours of the end of the auction end will have their Lot(s) Forfeited & will be Charged a Breach of Contract Fee of $500 or 25% of their Total, Whichever is Greater. Be aware that invoice delinquency may lead to disabling of a bidder account and making all bidding unavailable on On-Line Bidding Websites. Payments unpaid or late may result in the account being sent to a collections agency at the expense of the bidder.

Our Company offers shipping services at the expense of the Bidder, through an third party shipper. An additional handling/packing fee will be assessed, as all items are shipped and packed by an independent shipping service. The final shipping fee is determined by number of items packed, packing materials, service used, insurance, declared value and destination. The Auction Company or shipper will contact the winning bidders regarding the options for each item, including payment for shipping fees. The shipper will combine items packed where possible. Make sure your preferred contact information is correct in registration, as that will be relayed to shipper for contact after the sale.
