If no special arrangements are made items will ship UPS. 1. Online bidding begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday, April 07, 2014 with lots starting to close on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 9:00 P.M. Central Time. Bidders must provide a valid credit card number to register to bid online. 2. Proxibid.com will require a valid credit card to register and bid at this auction. The credit card information required by Proxibid is for verification purposes only. At the close of the auction, United Country Jones Auction & Realty will obtain the packaging and shipping cost to ship your items to the address used when you registered. We utilize the UPS Store to package all items and ship via UPS. After we have the total packaging and shipping cost, United Country Jones Auction & Realty will add this amount to your invoice and email you the updated invoice. To avoid delays in shipping please contact us at (920) 261-6820 with your valid credit card information after receipt of your updated invoice to pay for your items, the 15% internet premium, UPS Store packaging and UPS shipping cost. We ship via UPS within 7-10 business days after receiving your valid credit card information. United Country Jones Auction & Realty accepts MasterCard and Visa. Buyers should be available via cell phone or contact number required at registration in the event payment is rejected or cannot be processed. Items shipped UPS are insured up to $100, any additional shipping insurance requested by the bidder will be at the bidders expense and added to your invoice. Items may also be picked up at our 818 N. Church St, Watertown, WI office. Arrangements must be made prior to the end of the auction by calling (920) 261-6820. If no special arrangements are made items will be shipped UPS. 3. All sales are final. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties or guarantees of any type and with all faults. Auctioneer and seller expressly disclaim and exclude the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the usefulness and value of each item. Any statement in the description regarding the items to be sold should be considered a guide and a guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the buyer or his/her agent of their responsibilities. 4. Any items not paid for within 7-10 business days from the close of the auction shall be forfeited by the buyer and will no longer be considered their property. However; the bidder shall still be responsible for the hammer price of the items that were bid on plus the internet premium. 5. Seller, auctioneer and buyer expressly agree that the buyer is responsible for and agrees to indemnify seller, auctioneer and their respective affiliates for any and all damages (whether based on contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, and including special, incidental and consequential damages), losses, expenses, attorneys fee, court costs, etc., that arise out of or result from the removal, possession or use of any items purchased at auction, or any other claim regarding the use or possession of any asset purchased at auction. 6. All buyers must acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions provided at the time of online registration. 7. Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of claim against United Country Jones Auction & Realty, seller, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly. 8. All items are offered for sale to qualified purchasers without regard to prospective purchasers race, color, sex, marital status, religion or national origin. 9.
