This tract consists of approximately 160± acres of land and is comprised of grass pasture with heavier timber throughout the property and a nice size pond. This property does have county road access on the east, but offer good seclusion for hunting. Soil types consist of Devol Fine Sandy Loam, 1-3% slopes, class III and Devol, 3-5% slopes, class III. There is also some Eda Loamy Fine Sand, 3-5% slopes, class III, Ironmound Loam, 1-3% slopes, class IV and Grant-Port Complex, 20% slopes, class VI. From Hwy 11 & 132 (west of Medford/South of Manchester, OK) go 5 miles north to Kiowa Rd, then 3 miles west, then ½ mile south, (joins Tract # 2 on the west).
