MADE BY VOLUNTEER ENTERPRISES. THIS IS A USED FIREARM THAT WAS MANUFACTURED IN THE LATE 70'S AND EARLY 80'S. USES A 45 CAL GREASE GUN STICK MAGAZINE. COMES WITH ONE. IT HAS SOME OBVIOUS SURFACE LOSS AND SHOWS USE. THE GUN OPERATES AS IT SHOULD AND WAS TEST FIRED BEFORE WE OFFER IT TODAY.....AS WITH ANY OTHER USED GUN OR ITEM FOR HOW LONG AND HOW WELL IT CONTINUES TO OPERATE IS UNKNOWN. THIS ITEM SHOULD BE TAKEN TO A PROFESSIONAL GUNSMITH FOR CLEANING AND INSPECTION BEFORE USED......IT MAY NEED SOMETHING WE ARE UNAWARE OF. BORE IS DECENT....NO MAJOR ISSUES OTHER THAN NEEDS A NEW EXTERIOR FINISH. This item will only be shipped to a currently licensed Federally Licensed Firearm dealer (FFL). It will be shipped only within the US. It will not be shipped to Ca, Ny, Ri, Ma, Vr, Hi or any other state that prohibits its purchase. You are responsible to know your state and local laws. You will also be responsible to provide an FFL for the item to be shipped to. All costs associated with shipping or paperwork on your end are your responsibility. If you are unsure of your laws or feel you cannot abide by these standards please refrain from bidding. Shortly following the auction close the winning bidder will be invoiced and have their CC on file charged. They will then have to contact us with FFL info. When that is completed the item will be packaged and another invoice including shipping will be sent. Until that payment clears and all other steps are complete the item will not be sent. Shipping is USPS priority insured only.

Michael and Associates Auctions and Appraisals (MAAA) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall MAAA be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. MAAA shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
MAAA will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
MAAA is providing Internet pre-auction and live/timed bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against MAAA or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. MAAA will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. MAAA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Buyer must provide MAAA with permit to purchase PRIOR to bidding on any firearm. Buyer is subject to any local and national laws pertaining to purchasing a firearm. Permits must be FAXED to MAAA with a copy of buyer's legal identification, date of auction that they expect to purchase, and permit to purchase.
