LOADING AND UNLOADING OF MERCHANDISE IS A COURTESY OF MAGNUM AUCTION COMPANY, LLC. This service DOES NOT hold Magnum Auction Company, LLC or any employee of Magnum Auction Company, LLC liable for injury or damage. No loading will occur after dark or on Sunday. All accounts are to be PAID IN FULL via wire transfer unless other arrangements have been approved by either Brian or Tammy Beville prior to the auction. All buyers are REQUIRED to pay sales tax unless they have provided a CURRENT Florida Sales Tax Certificate. (Note, Florida DOES NOT recognize any other states sales tax exemption certificate). There is no charge of sales tax on farm tractors or farm implements. Purchaser(s) agree to remove ALL merchandise within (7) business days from receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made with either Brian or Tammy Beville. A STORAGE FEE of $25.00 PER DAY will be charged on ANY and ALL remaining items, beginning on the 8th business day after the auction has concluded. Titled items take a MINIMUM of (3) weeks to process.
