This is an absolute auction. All items will sell to the highest bidder. All items in this auction are being sold on behalf of the White County Commissioners. Vehicles, heavy equipment, parts, and furniture are located in Reynolds and Monticello Indiana. The only exceptions are printer toners. They will all require shipping at buyers expense from Indianapolis. This is an online bidding only auction. Lots have staggared ending times. Proxibid features "dynamic bidding" meaning when a last minute bid is placed the auction will extend a couple of minutes before ending if another bid is not placed. Payment of sold items is due within 2 business days of auctions end. This is best paid for with the credit card used for sale registration. Payment will be charged on Tuesday following the auction to this bidder's card. This applies to invoice totals under $5000. Invoices over $5000 require payment by wire or bank check. Winning bidders may pick up their items during normal business hours at the courthouse or highway department. Clear titles will be transferred by county commissioners at their office in Monticello. All items except for toner are local pickup only with no shipping available. All items must be removed within 10 business days of auction close. All items are described to the best of our ability and are sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranties stated or implied. By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract.
