All items need to be removed on or by Monday, August 18th, 2014. No load out Sunday August 17th. All shipping logistics and costs need to be arranged and at the cost of the buyer.
No items can be removed until settled for. Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed by August 18th, Loader will be available. No load out Sunday, the 17th. There is a $20 title transfer fee for titled items. Titles are mailed 2 weeks after cleared payment. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising.
Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of the Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD.
