Payment

Payment for internet purchases will charged to the credit/debit card on file with Proxibid.com within (1) business day of the conclusion of the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with auction company prior to end of auction. If you are unsure of our payment policy, please do not hesitate to contact our office prior to bidding. An administration fee will be applied to each firearm purchased, to conduct a NICS clearance check. No firearm can be transferred without successfully passing said background check. If bidding on a firearm that is manufactured after 1898 a standard ATF form 4473 will need to be completed. If out of state, the gun will be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice and they will transfer the gun according to your state regulations. Be sure to check your state requirements on firearm ownership before placing a bid. If you have any questions about the ATF form 4473 or regulations on transferring firearms, please contact us. IF YOU CANNOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK, PLEASE DO NOT BID. All state and Federal gun laws will be followed. No lots may be removed, in part or in full, until paid in full. To avoid late payment or storage fees, buyers are encouraged to make payment and remove items within the required time. In the event the Buyer refuses to pay for items, or the credit card on file is declined, Auction Empire may, in their sole discretion, ban said buyer from participating in all future auctions with Auction Empire. Registration: To bid on Proxibid, you must register and provide a valid credit card in order to obtain a paddle or bidder number. Credit card verification is handled by Proxibid.com. Payments: Payment must be made IMMEDIATELY following the auction. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, wire transfer, cashier's check, debit and credit card. Buyer's Premium: An 18% Buyer's Premium will be applied to the total invoice price, with a 3% discounted Buyer's Premium for payments made in cash, cashier's check or wire transfer, which MUST be approved prior to sale. Removal: All items must be paid in full before the item can be removed. Lots must be removed by 3 Business Days following the Auction. A daily storage fee of $10 per lot for general merchandise may apply to all items left on the property after the close of business 3rd business day following the auction. Any items left on the property for more than (5) business days following the auction will become property of Auction Empire and may be resold.
