All Sales are Final. All items are sold one time to the highest bidder. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft.
There is no warranty whatsoever on any item. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction.
All sales are subject to sales tax. Dealers must provide copies of state issued tax exemption certificates at auction time, or will be subject to pay the sales tax. Refunds, on sales tax, will be made if the proper certificates are forwarded to the Auction Company Office within 5 business days.
A 1% Internet Buyers Premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. You will be notified the day after the auction or Monday following auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due.
