15% internet fee will be added to the final bid to determine the sale price.
NOTE: credit card payments will incur a 3% fee per transaction.

REAL ESTATE - 10% down payment the day after the auction. The Auction Co will contact the winner to arrange the down payment. If the down payment is made by credit card there will be a 3% fee added to that amount. The balance will be due on or before May 17, 2014.

PROPERTY TAXES WILL BE PRORATED TO THE DATE OF THE DEED.
AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION THE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND REQUIRED TO SIGN A PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER HAS AN INSURABLE INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY AND SHOULD OBTAIN INSURANCE TO COVER THEIR INTEREST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
THE PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A NON-REFUNDABLE 10% GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT AT THE CONCLUION OF THE AUCTION.
SHOULD THE PURCHASER DEFAULT, THE GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST THE PURCHASER. IF THE SELLER IS UNABLE TO DELIVER A GOOD DEED,THE DOWN PAYMENT SHELL BE RETURNED TO THE PURCHASER AND THE AGREEMENT IS TERMINATED.
