4. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Langham Auctioneers and the bidder throughout any transactions. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. 6. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. Should a tie or a dispute arise between two bidders, the auctioneer may, at his discretion, reopen the bidding until the property is sold. The record of the auction made by Langham Auctioneers, Inc. shall be conclusive.

Langham Auctioneers Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items before or during this auction.
8. All sales are final. All items are sold 'AS IS'. When the auctioneer declares an item "SOLD" it becomes the property of the buyer and at that time the buyer assumes full responsibility of the merchandise. Items must be paid in full before possession is granted to the buyer.
