Item Details
Auction pickup is Monday, Nov. 24th from 3:00pm - 5:00pm at 3578 Brown Rd Greer SC 29651. This location is for auction pickup ONLY. Items will not be at pick-up location until day of pick-up. Please read all terms and conditions before bidding. We appriciate your business and thanks for being a part of the Mahalo Auction family !!

Internet Buyers Premium: 15%
SC Sales Tax: 6% Tax will apply to all SC residents unless we have a tax exempt form on file.
Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express,and good checks are accepted.

Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required for bidding approval
All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at the conclusion of the auction, unless other arraignments have been made with the Mahalo Auctions prior to the end of the sale.If a credit card is declined there will be a $10.00 fee assessed for the payment to be re-processed. Any Item unpaid after (5) days will be considered forfeit.The forfeited merchandise will be resold and all proceeds will go to the auction company for storage of the items.

All items will be sold at online auction only. All items sold as is, where is and ALL sales are FINAL. There are NO warranties expressed or implied on any of the merchandise. Bidders acknowledge that by bidding they accept the auctioneers description when they bid on a particular item. Mahalo Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders the morning following each auction. Family members and/or employees of Mahalo Auctions are allowed to bid. A 15% buyers premium will be added to all purchased lots and any applicable SC state sales tax. Invoices to be paid within 24 hours following the close of the auction per the payment instructions. Unless prior arrangements are made, any credit card payment that is declined will be charged a $10.00 fee per transaction. Any items remaining unpaid 5 days after the end of the auction will be forfeited to Mahalo Auctions.
