LOCAL BIDDERS: Items NOT picked up during designated pick-up times without prior arrangements will be sent to the UPS store in Searcy, AR. You will be responsible for pickup and any storage fees charged by the UPS store. Please make arrangements to pick up your items on time! 1. All items will be sold at online auction only. All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' & ALL sales are FINAL! Cargile Auctions provides no warranties or guarantees neither expressed nor implied on any of the merchandise. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, originality, value and any other factor. Cargile Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising and on the Internet but makes no representations. We will gladly answer any questions you may have, so please ask prior to bidding. 2. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Invoice amounts are charged to the registered credit card immediately following the end of auction. 3. Items to be shipped will be subject to information and terms listed under the Shipping Instructions section. Items Listed as Local Pickup only items cannot be shipped - for large items like furniture, etc. please call the UPS Store listed in the Shipping Section for Freight information. 4. Large Items and local pick up only items not picked up on designated pickup time without prior arrangement (per auction) will be resold or donated per Auctioneer's discretion and no refunds will be given.
