A Bill of Sale or some proof of ownership must accompany a piece of non-titled equipment for it to be placed on the yard to sell. Take your non-titled trailer to the scales at a Truck Stop or salvage yard, get it weighed, go to DOT and get a title. Do not bring non-registered/non-titled trailers to the sale. Trailers with a GVWR of 2,000 lbs. or more require titles in the State of Florida. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR REGISTRATIONS AND/OR TITLES FOR ANY VEHICLE YOU BRING TO THE SALE, THEY WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE.
