Dealers or exempt agencies must register a copy of their sales tax license with B.A.E.S.S., INC before the auction to be exempt from paying sales tax. Credit cards will be charged within 72 hours of auction closing, unless prior payment arrangements have been made. Payments must be received within ten calendar days of the auction. Payment must be made to B.A.E.S.S., INC. via certified funds (i.e. cashier’s check or money order). If payment is not received within ten calendar days of the auction, B.A.E.S.S., INC. has the right to either rescind the sale or to apply any/all applicable charges to the credit card number on file.
