Bids will be executed competitively on behalf of the absentee bidder. While we make every effort to accept and execute all bids, we are not responsible for any missed or unexecuted bids. In the event of a tie bid, preference will be given to the bidder in the audience. A deposit, provided as either as a credit card number or by certified funds, is required for all absentee bids. Items auctioned are often of considerable age and may exhibit wear, usage, repairs and damage. Therefore, all lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied. In respect to these lots, we will not be held responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, authenticity of any lot sold. No statement, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in written material. B.A.E.S.S., INC. will not be responsible for any undetected damage and/or for any damage that may occur after your inspection. We will not be responsible for loss due to theft, breakage, or any other cause(s). If you are unable to examine auction items in person, we recommend that you exercise extreme caution when submitting bids, as all sales are final. An 18% online bidders will be added to the hammer price of each item. Additionally, Colorado residents will be required to pay all applicable sales taxes unless items are exempt or purchased for resale. Dealers or exempt agencies must register a copy of their sales tax license with B.A.E.S.S., INC before the auction to be exempt from paying sales tax. Credit cards will be charged within 72 hours of auction closing, unless prior payment arrangements have been made. Payments must be received within ten calendar days of the auction. Payment must be made to B.A.E.S.S., INC. via certified funds (i.e. cashier’s check or money order). If payment is not received within ten calendar days of the auction, B.A.E.S.S., INC. has the right to either rescind the sale or to apply any/all applicable charges to the credit card number on file. Shipping services are available. A separate charge will applied to credit card on file for shipping charges. A quote for packing, shipping, materials & insurance charges will be completed upon request of the bidder. Registration with Proxibid indicates agreement with all conditions and terms of this sale.
