Inspired by Pablo Picasso's Painting. The Dream is a Limited Edition of 100 in the world. Signed by the sculptor Castano with copyright stamp and date. This is in mint condition. Pablo Ruiz Picasso born (1881-1973) was a Spanish painter and sculptor. He is considered one of the greatest artists of the 20th century.His full name is Pablo Diego Jose Francisco de Paula Juan Nepomuceno Maria de los Remedios Cipriano de la Santisima Trinidad Clito Ruiz y Picasso.He is best known as the co-founder of cubism.Cubism is when the artist breaks up objects and re-assembles them in abstract and geometric form.Pablo Picasso created over 20,000 pictures. Picasso could draw and paint when he was very young. His first word was lapiz, the Spanish word for pencil.Perhaps his most famous painting is Guernica which shows the horrors of war after the bombing of the town of Guernica.He was 90 years old when a number of his works were shown in an exhibition at the Louvre in Paris. He was the first living artist to have an exhibition at the Louvre.Picasso had four children with three women. He died of heart failure on 1973.

The Following is the complete terms and conditions for which all property is offered for sale.
1.All Property is sold as is, we make no guarantees, warranties or representations expressed or implied with respect to the property or correctness of the catalog or other descriptions of authenticity or of authorship, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, providence, exhibition or historical relevance of the property. No statements anywhere, whether written or oral, shall be deemed such a guarantee, warranty, or representation. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine condition, size and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. NO refunds or credit shall be issued.
2.A premium of 15% of the successful bid price will be added thereto online and is payable by purchaser as part of the total bid price.
3.All lots are sold in Nevada are subject to an 5.125% Nevada sales tax unless a resale number is given.
4.Payment must be made within 48 hours of the purchase. Payment can be Check, visa, mastercard, PayPal, Bank Wire Transfers, or Cashiers Check.
5.Bidders are required to register prior to sale and must use the provided bidder number if provided.
6.The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer or resell the item in dispute.
7.On the fall of the auction hammer, sale will be passed to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the fulfillment by such bidder of all the conditions set forth herein, and bidder assumed full risk and responsibility and will pay the full purchase price. Invoices are subject to audit for error and bidder is responsible for paying any balances due therein.
8.All articles are to be removed within 10 days after sale. Any item not removed will be stored by Evergreen Auctions. Fees will be charged accordingly.
9.We reserve the right to withdraw any property prior to sale.
10.This is a privately owned and operated sale. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person. No children will be allowed at the sale.
11.If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the purchaser, in addition to other remedies available to us and the consignor by law, including without limitation the right to hold purchaser responsible for the total purchase price, we may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser or (b) resell the property at public auction with out reserve.
In the rare case of a return there is a 15% restocking fee. Again, prospective buyers are in ALL CASES responsible for determining the physical condition of lots as there are NO RETURNS based on condition.
