This salvage auction is conducted in cooperation with the property owners. This building is slated for demolition on 3-9-15; Therefore all items must be removed by Midnight 3-8-15. Any items not removed will be considered abandoned and deemed unrecoverable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make all arrangements pertaining to the removal of these items. The auction company will not remove salvage items from this property. The buyer agrees to hire a professional contractor or provide a certificate of insurance to the auction company prior to beginning salvage operations. This does not apply to regular personal property item removal. Any bidder involved in salvage operations agrees to take extreme care not to damage parts of the building not specifically sold to them. Buyers removing ground level windows and or doors will be required to board over openings with plywood or similar materials. The building must be secure on the same day items are removed. No refunds will be given for any items that have not been removed prior to 3-8-15. Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. All items sold on "as is where is" basis. Announcements day of sale take precedence over printed material. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. Property is open to thorough public inspection.
