Payments need to be made within 2 days of sale. We will charge credit card on file Monday after the auction unless we hear otherwise. After we receive payment we will send you a shipping invoice and will charge through proxibid cc on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. If after 10 days payment for shipping or item has not been received we will consider the items abandoned and you will forfeit the item. All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly. Please be aware that both payment and removal deadlines are firm. Items not paid for and removed or shipping arranged by the deadlines listed will be considered abandoned and disposed of. Winning bidders will be charged a disposal fee of $5.00 per lot not picked up. No returns full or partial will be given on abandoned items. Buyers who have not paid by the deadline will be charged a re-listing fee calculated as 15% of their total winning bid prices.
