Sales tax is 8.1% on purchases. Vegas Valley Auctions must receive documentation to constitute a sales tax exempt sale. This may include resale certificates, bills of lading, or shipping invoices. Any payment other than cash will be charged a 3% administrative fee on purchases. Items are sold AS IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. We will try to describe the merchandise to the best of our ability but it is the bidder's responsibility to be the sole judge of value and the bidder will be held responsible for their bid. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Nothing will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Items not paid for after 7 days of sale will be sold at next auction and the past buyer will be responsible for all new and current fees. There will be a $35.00 fee for all declined credit cards. Credit card charge backs not accepted. We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen items.
