Pacific Auction Companies has been retained by the controlling interests to liquidate the assets of Shadow Ops Weaponry. We are responsible for collection of all funds from this auction. Pacific Auction Companies will be unable to answer any questions regarding this matter. BE ADVISED, canceling a check or creating a credit card chargeback on a shipped firearm is considered theft of a firearm and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. The actual item being sold is pictured for each lot with the exception of barrels. One image represents all barrels. Make your bidding decision based on the picture and description. Due to the quantity of items and limited set up time we will not be able to answer questions about specific lots. Pacific Auction Companies is providing no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. All items are sold as is with no return privileges. Multiple manufacturers are represented, manufacturer’s warranties may apply but would be handled directly with the maker. Pacific Auction Companies makes no guarantees as to the functionality of any unit and recommends you have all items inspected by a gunsmith prior to considering them operational or using them. There will be NO LOCAL PICKUP BY INDIVIDUALS. Any item requiring a background check will be shipped to an FFL licensed dealer of your choice. To make the shipment we will need a copy of your dealer FFL emailed or faxed to our location. Be sure to include your paddle number on your FFL otherwise it will be discarded. Shipping charges will apply, see shipping section in the terms of the auction for details. Arrangements may be made with FFL license holders to pick up items in person. SUPPRESSORS- there will be a $50.00 transfer paperwork handling fee in addition to the price for the first unit and $10/additional units. Pacific Auction Companies does not hold a 07 license, this additional amount is to pay the 07 license holder to complete the transfer. Due to the looming expiration of the Shadow Ops SOT license the following terms will apply to suppressors- ALL WINNING BIDDERS MUST HAVE THEIR RECEIVING FFL AND SOT FAXED OR EMAILED TO US by MONDAY APRIL 6 AT 5:00 PM- AFTER THE DEADLINE YOU LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THE ITEMS AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
