In order to be fair to our consignors and other bidders, if you mistakenly bid on an item, and are the winning bidder, we will not be able to back out the sale. All sales are finale unless otherwise stated by the Auctioneer. ALL LOCAL BUYERS PLEASE READ: EFFECTIVE 3/15/2014 If you are a local buyer bidding on Proxi, you have until the Wednesday after the auction to pick up your items. Any items that have not been picked up by the Wednesday following the auction will incur a minimum storage fee of $25. Any items that still remain in the auction house the week following the auction will be forfeited back to Tillmon Auction Service.
