On the Monday following the sale of the auction, you will receive an invoice showing the total owing for your purchases. Once Tillmon Auction Service processes your invoice, the credit card/debit card that you registered with will be charged the full amount of the invoice. If you have any discrepancies with your invoice, please contact Tillmon Auction Service (253) 625-7664 as soon possible so that they can be addressed and corrected if necessary.
Please note that your credit card/debit card will reflect two separate charges, ONE for the invoice amount and ONE for shipping.

There is a 17% Buyers Premium on all items purchased on ProxiBid. If you live in the State of Washington Sales Tax will be included in your invoice, unless you provide Tillmon Auction Service with a valid Resellers Permit number.

ALL LOCAL BUYERS PLEASE READ: EFFECTIVE 3/15/2014 If you are a local buyer bidding on Proxi, you have until the Wednesday after the auction to pick up your items. Any items that have not been picked up by the Wednesday following the auction will incur a minimum storage fee of $25. Any items that still remain in the auction house the week following the auction will be forfeited back to Tillmon Auction Service. Any exceptions to these terms will have to be made in advance with approval by Tillmon Auction Service.
