General: All items are sold "As-Is-Where-Is" No guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Items are available for preview one day prior to auction from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM and one hour prior to auction. Registration: Photo I.D. required to obtain bidder number. Foid cards are required to bid on guns. Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card are accepted. Use of credit card for payment incurs an additional charge of 3% of total purchase. Load Out: Items must be paid for before removing from premises. Items may be removed immediately after payment, except those items requiring disassembly. Common sense applies here as we cannot disrupt the auction. We do, however, strive to be accommodating to all. "Tear down" may begin as soon as auction is over and continuing until 8:00 PM. Facility will be open and available for removal April 26-28, 9:00am-6:00pm. All items must be removed by this date UNLESS other arrangements have been agreed to with the auction company. Any items left after said date become property of the auction company. Terms Specific To Firearms: Buyers of guns will be required to pick them up at a local gun dealers place of business, and pay a small fee. This will be determined and available two weeks prior to auction. All out of state buyers will be responsible for shipping costs to be negotiated with a business holding an FFL.
