Unless a minimum bid per item or reserve bid notice is posted, the highest bid online at close of bidding on each item becomes the winning bid for that item. Buyers must pay a 10% Buyer's Fee plus Internet Bid Premium 5% + Credit Card Premium 3% for a total of 18% in addition to the winning bid amount. The total then becomes the full purchase price for each item. Sales tax is calculated on full purchase price. 3% discount for cash or preapproved checks and NO ONLINE FEES FOR ONSITE BIDS. Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won: If the winning bidder's credit card information is on file with AuctionGrooVe, that card will be charged for the total purchase price plus one $30 fee if payment and/or removal is not completed on schedule or per prior arrangement. Additional $30 late payment fees are assessed for each partial day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items not removed by last pick up date for that Auction, a minimum $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per Auction lot, per day. Storage fees will accrue beginning on the day following last pick up date posted on AuctionGrooVe website for this Auction. If items are not removed by the end of final scheduled pick up with no contact and agreement with Buyer, AuctionGrooVe reserves the right to consider them abandoned property, with all of the buyer's rights and interests in the property extinguished.
