LeMar Auctions and Estate Services will provide successful bidders with an preliminary invoice via Proxibid, without shipping and handling cost, within 1 business day after the end of the auction. FINAL INVIOCE: Final invoices will be sent within 10 business days after the conclusion of the auction (sometimes longer) via Proxibid. Final Invoices will include your total purchases, shipping and handling, buyers premium, and sales tax. For resellers with a resale license on file with LeMar Auction sales tax will not be included. PAYMENT TYPES: For internet buyers we accept Visa and MasterCard ONLY. If the item(s) is/are picked up at our location you may pay with check, cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. A $25 fee will be charged on all declined purchases. INTERNET BUYERS CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Credit cards on File with Proxibid will be charged for the total invoiced amount 1-3 business following the issuance of the FINAL INVOICE. Please ensure that you have the appropriate amount of funds on your credit card to cover the invoice amount. In the event that your card is declined, you will be charged a $25.00 fee as this is the fee we are charged by ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR YOUR CARD TO BE CHARGED AFTER THE AUCTION DEPENDING ON THE TIMING OF YOUR SHIPPING. INTERNET BUYERS PICK-UP: Local Internet Buyers, LeMar Auction is changing your policy regarding Payment and Pick-up. For those local buyers who bid On-Line, please ensure that you Pick-Up your items within 48hours or make special arrangements. For those buyers that do not pick up your items, your Credit Card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the full invoice amount. In the event the items are not picked-up within 10 days, all items will be subject to being resold and no refund will be given.
