Important Information for All Firearm Buyers. All firearms have been described to the best of our ability. Descriptions and condition are based on a visual inspection of each firearm. No examination has been made of any mechanical workings or firing mechanisms. All firearms sell as is and are sold as collectibles. If you intend to use the firearm, buyer must have their firearms inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith. Long gun: Buyer must be 18 years of age or older, have proper ID and be able to legally own a firearm. Certain long guns may require a permit. Handgun: Buyer must be 21 years of age or older, have a permit to carry or permit to purchase and proper ID. All firearms sales are subject to a background check. If you purchase a firearm and are unable to complete the background check for any reason, the buyer must pay for the firearm but will not be given possession. Buyer is responsible for knowing their local laws and restrictions prior to bidding. Once bids are placed online, they cannot be retracted. No refunds will be given to any buyer who purchases a firearm and cannot accept delivery through their local FFL dealer due to local firearm restrictions or failure to pass a background check. No Curios or Relics will be transferred. Pick up: Firearms must be picked up during designated pick up hours noted in each online catalog. Shipping: Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer of your choice. The FFL must be scanned and emailed tofirearms@faheysales.com within 48 hours of the conclusion of the online bidding accompanied by the buyers name and address. Please allow three weeks for shipping. No firearms will be shipped to California or New York. It is the buyers responsibility to pick up or have their purchases transferred to a local FFL. Payment: The credit card on file with proxibid will be charged to the successful bidder at the conclusion of the auction for the purchase price plus a $12.00 administration fee per buyer for those firearms being picked up in person. Buyers who have their firearms shipped will pay transfer fees directly to their local FFL. Once shipping and packaging charges have been determined, the same card will be charged. Shipping and packaging will vary dependent on the destination. All firearms will be shipped either UPS or USPS insured with a signature required. All hand guns require trigger locks. 5.00 will be charged to the buyer for each hand gun purchased. Thanks For bidding!
