TITLE: Seller will provide to the buyers an up to date surface abstract. Buyer is responsible for their title examination/title insurance & filing fees. Title shall transfer by Warranty Deed subject to easements and restrictive covenants as of record. Title Co. closing fee shall be paid ½ by Buyer and ½ by Seller. POSSESSION: Possession at closing.
