1. Full payment shall be made at the time of sale and will be required before purchased items are shipped or allowed to be loaded. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 2. Any invoice not paid within 5 banking days from sale date will be charged interest at 12% per month, pro-rated daily, starting at date of sale. 3. No warranty of quality, condition, merchantability, or fitness for intended use is given. All information contained on website description is believed to be true and correct to the best of our knowledge and ability, but is not guaranteed. 4. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase. Buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage while equipment in on our premises or in our possession. 5. The auctioning body shall designate the purchaser after each item is sold. Should a dispute arise between bidders, the auctioning body reserves the right to reopen the bidding. Their designation shall be final. 6. Auctioning body reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full on the sale date. The buyer will then be to the auctioning body for any expenses for resale, collections, or damages resulting from resale. 7. Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and property damage caused by bidder or his agent and further agrees to hold JAB Enterprises, LLC and their designated auctioning bodies harmless for any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on sale premises. 8. It will be necessary on the day of sale to execute a Certificate of Resale for all purchases to be resold by a licensed dealer. This certificate must bear your resale tax permit number. Failure to furnish the number will require payment of sales tax on all purchases. 9. Should purchases be made with intent of export outside of the continental United States, an export affidavit must be completed and signed for sales taxes to be removed. In conjunction with the affidavit, a bill of lading showing port of departure is also required. This is the buyers responsibility. 10. All items must be removed from premises with in 30 days after sale date. After the 30 day time limit, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be assessed on each item. All storage fees will be retro'ed to date of sale and must be paid in full before purchases are allowed to be shipped or picked up. 11. Winning bidder is responsible for dismantling equipment for shipping.
