1. Please note that items were removed in working condition but have been stored outside.
2. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee. Items will be represented as owners know it to be whether working or nonworking.
3. All sales are final.
4. Bid accordingly as there are no returns.
5. If a Buyer from Proxibid is the successful winner of an item, Proxibid will send an invoice with 15% Buyers Premium to the Buyer plus 7% Iowa sales tax. and the Buyer then needs to make their payment to Backes Auctioneers within 5 working days and contact us at 800.876.8070 for payment method.
6. Removal is buyers responsibility. Contact information will be given to the successful purchaser. All equipment must be removed Wednesday 6/24 and Thursday 6/25.
7. If you have a resale sales tax permit number, you will not be charged but as usual a copy of your certificate will need to be made available to auction company prior to final payment.
