When you sign up to participate in any of our auctions, you've agreed and authorized us to charge your card on file with Proxibid within 24hrs after bidding ended unless you send us prior notification of other ways you would want to pay. If you are paying by check, cash or wire transfer, you must inform us within 24 hours . If you are paying with a different card, you are still required to fill out and sign our credit card authorization form, scan or photograph it and email it back to us within 48 hours. We can email you the form upon request. We dont take credit card number over the phone without that form filled out.

In no event shall Bukubid be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bukubid shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. This venue is for internet auction only.
Each auction events are subject to modified terms and conditions based on the specifications and nature of the goods that we are selling.
For each auction event there is a specific date and time set for inspection and closing, it is important to remember that every auction has a specific time frame.
Each auction event is different and has a different viewing time. Please make sure you know when the viewing or preview time and date is. Bidding start closing at 3pm, 2 items will end per minute in consecutive order. You must also be aware of the location because not all auctions are held at our warehouse or same location. It is important to respect the terms and condition of each auction and bid accordingly. If for some reason you don’t think you will be able to make a pick up date, it is best to contact us and find out what arrangements can be made to accommodate you. In many circumstances you may have to pass the auction because we may not be able to do anything because of the nature of the sale and specifics from the consignors and seller. If an auction’s terms and conditions state that an auction must be picked up at specific location at a certain date and time, when you sign in and place that bid you agree that you will pick up within that date and time. If an auction has a mandatory pick up date or time frame and you missed it, the item (s) will be considered abandoned and we will not give any refunds for that and should we remove the item(s) from the seller’s location, you will be charged for the removal fees.
