Inspection: Preview of the properties is essential. All items in this auction are available for inspection 105 Elizabeth St., Chapel Hill, NC according to the schedule below. Inspection Dates: Tuesday July 21: 3-7 PM and Saturday July 25: 9 AM-Noon. All of our auctions will extend an additional two minutes each time there is bidding activity within the last two minutes of the auction closing and will continue to extend two minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last two minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any description or listing, and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer with respect to such errors. All information has been obtained from sources generally believed to be reliable, but the accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges it is their responsibility to inspect all assets and to make their own inquires. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Please verify all quantity counts. In the event of a quantity count difference, the final transaction price will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis only. The Auction Company, Trustee or their representatives to do not make any representations or warranties concerning condition, merchantability, or use of any of the assets being sold. The assets will be made available for inspection prior to the close of the auction. IMPORTANT NOTE ON VEHICLE TITLES - All vehicles will be sold free and clear of any liens. At the time of pick-up, the buyer will receive a signed Bill of Sale along with possession of the vehicle purchased. The signed title will follow in the mail by August 11, 2015. Additional terms may be announced or modifications may be made, as necessary. These terms are subject to change. Pickup: All items may be picked up at 105 Elizabeth St., Chapel Hill, NC, once Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. has received and acknowledged payment in full. Bidders are responsible for loading and moving all items purchased without assistance from Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. staff. Pickup Date: Thursday, July 30 from Noon-7 PM. Any items not removed by this time will be considered abandoned property. Out of area or out of state buyers: An item will be considered abandoned if the buyer is contacted by Rogers Auctioneer Staff or a message is left and you do not respond to us with payment/pickup information within 72 hours. Rogers Auctioneers, Inc. reserves the right to resell abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
