Items removed either the day of but no later than 5 days after the auction, buyers of large pieces of equipment will be given more time to arrange pickup or removal. You will be charged the tax unless you can provide us with a copy of a resale exemption form. Exporters must pay the tax on sale day, provide us with the proper paperwork within 30 days and we’ll refund those taxes. If you do not bank in the U.S. and/or cannot provide a sufficient letter of credit you will need prior Blackmon Approval to bid or a $25,000 minimum deposit or 25% deposit of expected purchases (whichever is greater).
