A 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda AAR 440 Tribute Chassis: BH23608110816 Plymouth was part of the Chrysler Corporation stable from 1928 to 2001. Originally offered at the more economical end of the sales spectrum this perception was changed in 1970 with what is seen as the launch of one of the best ever of American muscle cars, the Plymouth 'Cuda. The sport model 'Cuda of 1970 was the ultimate Plymouth Barracuda which had been first launched in 1964. A 'Cuda fitted with a 440 cu inch 7.2 litre engine is the ultimate 'Cuda. This stunning 1970 Plymouth has been built to AAR (All American Racers) 'Cuda specs. It was an original v8 manual car finished in top banana yellow with stripe option and black interior with bucket seats and consul, it was imported in 2008 and has undergone major upgrades. Phenomenally fast it features the instantly recognisable Strobe Stripe; the functional air hood scoop; eye-brow front and rear duck-tail spoilers; side exhaust. This superb tribute vehicle has been exceptionally engineered and creates for highly satisfying visual and aural pleasures. Engine 440 hemi dyno,d at 550hp at 6300rpm. Full receipt of engine build and dyno sheets. Holley 850 street carb with msd and electronic dizzy. Trans 4speed with gear vendor overdrive rebuilt in 2011 with slick shift kit and new Hurst shifter. Tail shaft rebalanced. Diff Dana 60 with factory discs and strange 35 spline axels. Sway bars to suit e body front and rear. 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust system, stainless steel exhaust mufflers, tips and 2inch extractors. The front and rear suspension has all been rebuilt with new rubbers, shockers and wheel alignment. Factory 'Cuda wheels with trims and centre cap. Billet aftermarket Roma and tyres 18/8 17/7. The interior has been fully restored to factory specs with extra gauges, classic auto air has been fitted, whilst the gauges and wiring have all been checked or rebuilt. AAR fibre glass bonnet,rear spoiler, sill moulds air cleaner and stripes fitted. All the bright work, lenses, glass, grilles are in new condition and the 'gaps' on this car are excellent. The car is accompanied by a large folder of receipts and with import approval and original title. Estimate $ 75,000-80,000
