Complete payment must be made by cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or check with bank letter of guarantee.
A 3% discount is given for payment with cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or check.
No sales tax will be charged except on over-the-road items. There will be a $110.00 processing fee charged on all titled vehicles unless you are an auto dealer, in which case the fee is $25.00. We can also process your Michigan license plate if you have proof of insurance on the purchased vehicle. Please call Deb @ (616)261-4979 for any questions regarding payment or titles.

All items sell “AS IS WHERE IS” with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. Assets are subject to additions and deletions.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Miedema Auctioneering, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Miedema Auctioneering, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Miedema Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.
