Pick up only after paid in full… Pick up shall be Wednesday 9/9/15 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, and Thursday 9/10/15 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. All items must be paid for in full before any items may be picked up. Bring payment to auction location (5805 Berry Brook Drive Houston, TX 7701) on Wednesday, September 9Th, 2015 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. All parties registering and signing this document agree to these terms and conditions set forth. Buyer is responsible for timely removal of items with no assistance from Texmax or its associates. 1. State driver’s license or ID card is required to register. Must be 18 years old to register. 2. Buyer Premium shall be 15% Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that shall be the taxable amount. (Tax shall be charged on the buyer premium) 3. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and methods of payment are cash or AMX, VISA, or MC. No checks will be accepted. 4. Tax will be 8.25%. 5. All items sold “As Is Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties. 6. Auction staff reserves the right to bid and buy auction items. 7. Any items not removed within the allotted time shall be deemed abandoned and revert back to the seller. 8. Auctioneer and auction team are agents for the seller and will conduct business in his/her best interest. 9. Auction staff shall not be responsible for load out or providing any equipment for same. 10. Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. 11. Any item requiring the aid of professional movers, riggers, plumbers, electricians, or any other skilled tradesman shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer at his/her expense. 12. No negotiations between bidders shall be allowed during the auction. 13. No buyers shall trade any items on the auction premises. 14. Auctioneer(s) are licensed by The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and participate in a recovery fund administered by the department.
