These collector vehicles may not be fit for ordinary driving. They may not be reasonably safe or free of defects. This includes, but is not limited to, tires, brakes, steering, motor mounts, front and/or rear drive units. I understand that Pacific Auction recommends that all vehicles be inspected by a certified mechanic prior to being driven. EMISSIONS- Cars manufactured before 1975 are sold as collectors and no emissions test will be provide. Post 1975 cars are either already tested or a year of manufacturer appropriate emission test voucher will be provided if your residence address requires it. No Emissions will be provided for out of state buyers. “At the request of the auction company, this auction permits bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller's behalf, even if such bids are placed solely for the purpose of increasing the bid. Vehicles remaining after 5:00 pm on auction day may be stored out doors. Vehicles remaining beyond 3:00 pm Monday September 14, 2015 will be towed at the buyer’s expense.
