It is the responsibility of the buyer to make repairs, get inspection, and register the vehicle at their county office. All vehicle title paperwork MUST be made out in the registered bidder's company or personal name exactly as it appears on the winning bidder's online account at the time of auction close. No changes/transfers will be made and updating your online account information AFTER the item closes will not update your title paperwork information. A valid form of photo ID must be rendered at check out. Vehicles marked with NO TITLE are subject to standard 6.75% sales tax. In the event of service interruption during the course of internet auctions, Clark Auction Company, LLC and its sellers reserve the right to terminate the interrupted auctions and declare all bids in those auctions null and void, to allow auctions to continue to run after an interruption, to relist and restart affected auctions at the original starting bid or the high bid at the time of the interruption, to restart all auctions containing any lots of merchandise affected by an interruption or to take any other action deemed necessary.
