1. BUYERS PREMIUM - A Twelve & one & half (12.5%) buyer's fee will be added to each successful Online bid. There is no sales tax charged on this auction. 2.5% discount will be applied to Cash, Money Order or Personal Checks with bank letters of approval. 2. PAYMENT - Payment will be taken from the Buyers Visa or MasterCard or via above methods no later than Wednesday Sept. 30th @ 4 PM (The Last day & time to pickup items purchased) All items need to be paid for with receipt in hand prior to removal. Successful Bidders will be contacted by auction house no later than Monday Sept 28th. 3. AS IS / WHERE IS - Items in this auction are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee whatsoever. Items are presumed to be in working order based on information provided. Please inspect or have some one inspect items for you prior to bidding. No refunds will be given. 4. Disputes under this contract - Buyers & Kramer Auction Service agree to mediate any dispute or claim arising between them resulting from the buyer participating in the auction or any resulting transaction. Any Mediation fees will be borne equally by each party. All mediation , arbitration & court shall be filed and conducted soley within Crawford County, State of Wisconsin and not in any other jurisdiction. 6. All buyers agree to sign a Hold Harmless agreement with Kramer auction Service LLC & Crossing Rivers Health prior to removing any property purchased. Large & special items which need disassembly buyers or staff will need to provide Certificate of Self Insurance prior to starting removal. All items must be removed within window of time given or they will forfeit items purchased without refund.
