Bidders who bid from off-site at our online auctions, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Lot 1 will be assessed a 10% Buyer's Premium and will require payment by Certified Funds or Cash at Pick-up. Lot 450 will be assessed a 10% Buyer's Premium. A 20% Down Payment will be required within 24 hours of the close of the auction in the form of Certified Funds, Wire Transfer or Cash. The balance will be due at Closing which will take place within 30 days of Close of the Auction. All Closing Costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For all other items in the auction: Payment of purchases is due in full by noon on the day following the close of sale. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus a 15% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax immediately following the end of the sale. The credit card on file will be charged for open invoice amount at noon on the day following close of sale. All sales are Final. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 15% buyer's premium except Lot 1 and Lot 450 which will be assessed a 10% Buyer's Premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium except as noted above for Lots 1 and 450. This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. All large items, furniture, framed artwork over 10", mirrors and lamps over 10" are sold subject to Local Pick-up Only unless otherwise noted. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Pick-up is available on Monday and Tuesday, October 5-6, 2015 from 3:00pm – 6:00pm (central) ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 3:00pm on October 12, 2015 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor.
