NO CHECKS FROM ONLINE BIDDERS! 4. Pickup is on Monday, November 30, from 1 - 5 pm only. All items not picked up on this day will be shipped to the winning bidder by the USPS in Gray Court, SC unless you reside within 45 miles of Hickory Tavern Auction Services, LLC (allow 2 weeks delivery) at the buyer's expense unless Buyer Notifies the Auction Company of Alternate Pick Up Time. Failure to Pick Up your items on the designated date and time will constitute a $1.00 per day storage fee for each item in storage. Again, Please Notify the Auction Company before the end of the Auction because we do not want to charge you the $1.00 a day storage fee. Just notify us if you can’t make it for the designated date and time for pick up. The Buyer must notify to Auction Company of the Alternate Date and Time of Pick Up. Storage space is at a premium at the Auction Site. If buyer does not make arrangements with Auction Co. the item(s) will be deemed as abandoned. 5. Our on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email the next business day. All items will be charged to the credit card on file (Ensure that your Credit Card on File with Proxibid is Current and Active) unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to online auction end date and time as listed on Proxibid. The invoice you receive on the day after the auction will be used for billing- we will bill the credit card on file. 6. In order to better serve our customers on day of pick up, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Hickory Tavern Auction Services, LLC and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Laurens County, South Carolina. 8. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. 9. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "missed" bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. 10. All sales are final. 11. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms and conditions of the auction. 12. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. All announcements made day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements. 13. Not picking up at auction site implies: 1-You agree to a holding fees for later pick up and/or shipping terms & conditions. 2-You understand if items are not picked up within two weeks/14 days, you will forfeit any money paid for such items and they will be resold to cover storage cost.
