All items sell as-is, all makes, models, years and serial numbers are believed to be accurate, however, they are not warranted and are merely used as a guide. No refunds will be made on items due to condition of an item. Please look over all items prior to purchasing. Many items will require buyers to sign a waiver of liability prior to loading the item. All items are left at the auction site at the bidders risk- insuring your items after purchase would be an excellent idea as Martin Auction Services assumes no liability for items remaining at the auction facility after an item is purchased. All titled vehicles/ trailers have a $25.00 fee charged to the item. I understand that Martin Auction shall have the right to collect Attorney's fees, interest and/ or collection costs and disbursements in the event that I, the buyer, shall default on any transactions at this auction on this date in accordance with the "terms and conditions" set forth. Further, I agree to pay same.
