(4) TIRES

All items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. Some items sell subject to lease payoff amount. All items available for sale prior to auction. Assets are subject to additions and deletions. There will be a 5% administration fee ($1000 cap) per item added to all items EXCEPT for the travel trailers. An additional 2.5% internet fee will be charged on all purchases made through proxibid.com. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Great Southern Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Great Southern Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Great Southern Auction shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Great Southern Auction will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Great Southern Auction is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Great Southern Auction or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Great Southern will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Great Southern Auction reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Credit Cards are NOT an accepted form of payment and are only used as a verification tool!! Wire transfer is the accepted form of payment for this auction. An Invoice will be emailed confirming your bid after the auction has been completed. When you receive the invoice you have 24 hrs to contact Great Southern Auction at 229-725-3209 to make wiring arrangements. There will be Sales Tax of 7% added unless a resale certificate is faxed to Great Southern Auction or the item is exempt by the State of Georgia guidelines. Buyer is responsible for all hauling logistics and costs. Please contact us at 229-725-3209 if you need recommendations for hauling. Please remove equipment within one week of auction. Make arrangements with auction company if you need to pick up at a later date. No equipment will be released for hauling until payment has been received.
