All Sales are Final. All items are sold one time to the highest bidder. All bids are contractionaly binding by law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft. There is no warranty whatsoever on any item. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction. Oklahoma residents must pay sales tax. Oklahoma dealers must provide copies of state issued tax exemption certificates at auction time, or will be subject to pay the sales tax. Refunds, on sales tax, will be made if the proper certificates are forwarded to the Auction Company Office within 5 business days, February 15, 2008. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases immediately following the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only. A 4% administration fee be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card. You are more than welcome to begin disassembling your items at any time. But, you must pay for your items prior to removing them from the building. No Exceptions! Wal-Mart reserves the right to withdraw items prior to auction and to set reserve prices on items. There are no reserves as of 1-31-08. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Auction Ascent shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Auction Ascent will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Watson Auction Company is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Watson Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Watson Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Watson Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Items will be considered abandoned after February 13, unless the auction co is contacted. The onsite auction begins at 9:00AM cst. The following items are not offered during the online portion of this auction: lots of store fixtures, clothing racks, Mars Fish Aquarium, pallet racking, used surveillance equipment, and ladders. The online portion of the auction begins at 12:00 noon cst beginning with lot number 1.
