DESIGN: Single action spur trigger revolver with 7-shot cylinder. 3-3/16" tip up octagonal barrel with solid rib.
MATERIAL/FINISH COMPOSITION: Blued steel barrel and cylinder. Silver plated brass frame. Smooth rosewood grip panels on square butt frame.
FEATURES: Brass blade front sight. Knurled hammer with curled tip. Spur trigger. Serial number on bottom of grip frame. Solid barrel rib stamped "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD. MASS.". The final change to this model from the previous types was to eliminate the rotating plate and a ratchet was made part of the cylinder.
CONDITION: Very good. Little of the finish remains on bluing components. A few spots of old embedded pitting. Moderate wear to the plating on the frame. Inside of cylinder and bore are in good

Invoices will be sent at close of auction noting purchase price of all lots won, buyer's premium and any applicable taxes and fees. To establish a tax free sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or license must be provided. Generally all items shipped out of state are sales tax free sales. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the laws of the state in which they reside.
Payment to be made in five (5) days from invoice date via credit card, debit, cash, checks, money orders, cashier checks or wire transfers. There will be a 3% discount for payment with cash, checks, debit card and money orders. Checks are held for ten (10) business days. Cordier Auctions provides shipping for firearms (except NRR firearms). The cost is: Long guns: $50 for first long gun; $25 for each additional long gun won. Handguns: $65 for first handgun; $35 for each additional handgun won. Shipping for all non-firearm items and NRR firearms is the responsibility of the buyer. Cordier Auctions will assist the buyer in arranging shipping through one of the listed shippers. NOTE: Items to be picked up or shipped within one week of the auction date, after which storage fees in the amount of $5 per item per day will apply. International purchases exceeding $1,000 require a wire transfer of funds. $50 fee to be applied to total. Shipping is subject to any restrictions of the purchaser’s country.

Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms. C&R lots will convey to C&R FFL holders per Federal regulations. Buyers are responsible for compliance with the laws of the state in which they reside.
